Meet The Team

Josh

Josh is our Sports Massage Therapist with a qualification in level 3 sports massage therapy as well as A levels in biology, psychology and Btec sports science.

He has a significant interest in football, playing the sport at high levels since a young age including representing his country for England Schoolboys.

His interest in injuries and sports massage peaked after suffering from a knee injury himself allowing him to realise the importance of proper recovery to return to competitive football.

Josh is an active individual who enjoys going to the gym, travelling and eating food as well as always looking for new ways to improve himself and others around him.

Josie

Josie has a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and has over 10 years experience as a physiotherapist. She works as a Highly Specialist Physiotherapist for the NHS dealing with complex musculoskeletal pain and injuries.

Josie is also trained in western acupuncture with the AACP, has a diploma in musculoskeletal medicine and is a qualified APPI pilates instructor.

In her spare time, Josie enjoys weight training, yoga and running and has completed the Leeds and York marathons.

Aoife

Originally form Ireland, Aoife studied Health and Society in Dublin City University and later pursued her Masters in Physiotherapy in Teesside University.

Aoife works as a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in the NHS and has a keen interest in sports injuries and has a level 4 qualification in strength and conditioning. She also has experience working with rugby teams and is a qualified pilates instructor with APPI.

She has played sports from a very young age including Gaelic football and Camogie. Aoife also loves hiking and ventured into new sports by completing the Windermere Triathlon.
